My approach
We can gain a sense of agency in our lives by strengthening our ability to cope and respond more effectively to those out-of-control situations. It is my goal as a professional to bear witness to your journey, help you find hope, and help you identify the next steps that are necessary in order to achieve your goals.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals, couples, families, and minors aged 13-17. My specialties include ADHD, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, codependency, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, divorce, domestic violence, dual diagnosis, family conflict, grief, job stress, life transitions, mood disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, sleep or insomnia, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

It is my goal to provide you with a safe and compassionate environment where you can process the painful thoughts and emotions that you may be experiencing.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have gained invaluable experience in the field of mental health for the last 15 years and I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of conditions, experiences, and individuals. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Fresno from August 2010 to December 2013.
My goals for you
It is my hope to help you find a sense of equanimity and your sense of Being where you can be more balanced and increase your capacity to manage the ordinary and the unordinary situations in your life.
