My approach to therapy uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing , and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
My focus
I mainly work with late teens, adults, and geriatrics. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment, PTSD Disorders, traumas, work life stress, relationship issues, chronic illness, and chronic pain.

I approach each session with empathy and respect, fostering an atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without fear of criticism.
