I have over ten years of experience working with individuals, groups, families, and couples from various backgrounds and ethnicities.
My approach
I assist clients in navigating a path of discovery that promotes positive change toward growth, acceptance, and well-being. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and other modalities.
My focus
I work with minors (aged 13-17), adult individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include anger management, substance use, career counseling, coping skills, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.
My communication style
I always strive to provide quality mental health services in a safe, supportive, and respectful manner.
My journey to mental healthcare
I received my Master's in Counseling (MC) from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Kheper Life Enrichment Institute and The Matrix Institute on Addictions in Los Angeles.
My goals for you
My goal is to help you navigate a path of discovery that promotes positive change, personal growth, acceptance of yourself and your circumstances, and overall well-being.
My first session with you
In our first session, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify your goals. We'll begin to develop a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
