Trauma and abuse may often present long-term challenges but through a healthy and empathetic therapeutic alliance, safety and confidence in processing difficult pasts can be attainable. I enjoy providing a compassionate and empowering process during therapy to assist with each individual’s growth in various transitions through life. I have extensive experience in helping with PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment, relationship difficulties, substance use, and parenting needs. “Strength does not come from physical capacity.
