I have been extremely successful with providing couples and individual psychotherapy, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of therapeutic care. In addition, I have always maintained a specialized clinical practice that requires an advanced Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approach designed to motivate individuals and couples to achieve their treatment plan objectives. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for the past nineteen years, I have always been responsible for nurturing my clients' aspirations.

Typically, my clinical approach focuses on enhancing my clients' strengths to build a solid therapeutic process to achieve their specific goals. I seek to facilitate a therapeutic process that recognizes each individual is capable of achieving their mental and emotional health.

I strongly feel that each individual is capable of a higher purpose that allows them to live their authentic self.

My journey to mental healthcare
This adventure called life has so many twists and turns. It was clear that I would join the healing arts after being hired as a peer counselor. I decided after working for the United Parcel Service for twenty-one years, I would pursue becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
My goals for you
It has always been my goal to allow each client to achieve their highest potential for themselves. I believe if there are barriers or obstacles to overcome, it is definitely within that individual's ability to be resolved.
