Hi there, I'm Carol!

I have many successes providing therapy to individuals and family members, with a focus on PTSD, anxiety disorders, military backgrounds, ADHD, couples, and children and teens who have been bullied. My clients have praised my personal approach to their problems, my ability to listen, and work on individual solutions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which means I help you focus more clearly on the triggers of your stress and anxiety, so that you can adjust your thinking to alleviate negative thoughts and more positively address your problems.
