Hello, my name is Steven. I am a Licensed Clinician/LCSW with over fifteen years of experience working with the public. I believe who we are today is a culmination of our upbringing, life experiences, and choices. However, we have the ability to change what we don't like about ourselves or our current situation by facing it head-on. I will be there to help guide and support you on this journey.
My approach
We will explore, discover, challenge, and pinpoint barriers to your desired outcomes by utilizing several evidence-based theories such as CBT, DBT, SBT, SFT, etc.
My focus
I have worked with many populations over the past several years. I have an extensive history of working with adolescents, first responders, men, and athletes. I have treated such conditions as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, etc.; however, I am not limited to these.
My communication style
Clients have told me I create a safe, judgment-free environment where they feel free to discuss any topic or problem. One will see that I truly care about my clients and their well-being. I am always encouraging and ready to help in any way possible for the greater good of my clients. My approach is always honest and understanding, yet willing to ask the hard questions or challenge current thought processes.
