My journey to mental healthcare
Having been a social worker for 20 years, I started by navigating my own struggles and traumas during adolescence. Discovering the importance of mental health support later in life, I realized that healing is not only about aiding others but also about personal growth. I am dedicated to making a difference in each person's life, especially in the face of the current shortage of mental health services. I aim to assist individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, grief, and loss post-pandemic.
