I am a passionate mental health counselor dedicated to helping others navigate life's challenges. With a Master's degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University, I specialize in addressing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, and depression.
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor my methods to each individual's unique needs.
My focus
I work with individuals and couples. Additional areas of expertise include behavioral issues, trauma, PTSD, suicidal ideation, stress, spirituality, and self-esteem.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Pursuing a Master's in Counseling at Grand Canyon University from 2013-2017 provided me with the knowledge and skills to fulfill this calling. From 2017-2020, I completed my clinical hours to become a licensed counselor.

My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will listen intently to understand your perspective, gather relevant history, and collaboratively establish goals to guide our work. You can ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to foster healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
