My therapeutic approach draws from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor my methods to each individual's unique needs.

My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Pursuing a Master's in Counseling at Grand Canyon University from 2013-2017 provided me with the knowledge and skills to fulfill this calling. From 2017-2020, I completed my clinical hours to become a licensed counselor.
