I specialize in Trauma-Focused therapy, working with clients who are suffering with anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. My goal is to guide and equip my clients with valuable tools for growth in a warm, caring, and safe environment; helping each one to master their healing from emotional wounds through the vast power of their minds.

My focus
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have worked extensively with clients suffering from past/present/inherited trauma and abuse, resulting in the symptomology of the following disorders: anxiety, depression, panic, and Agoraphobia. As a result of their emotional distress, some may also develop fears/phobias that significantly interfere negatively with their overall quality of life. I am here to guide them towards a path leading to their own vision toward self-discovery--their authentic self.
