My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because I’m deeply committed to supporting people through their struggles and helping them discover their inner strengths. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to understanding how people think and feel, and I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of empathy and guidance. For me, being a therapist means creating a space where individuals can feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I’m here because I truly care about making a positive difference in your life and guiding you on your journey toward greater fulfillment and happiness.
My goals for you
My approach to goal setting with clients is all about collaboration. We will work together to establish goals that meet your unique needs and honor your voice in treatment.
My first session with you
To start, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other better. I’m interested in understanding your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We’ll talk about what you can expect from our sessions to ensure you feel safe and supported. Feel free to ask any questions you might have—this is your space, and I want you to feel comfortable and informed. I’m here to support you, and I’m looking forward to starting this journey together.
