As a therapist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic process. My studies have taken me from exploring Tibetan Buddhism in France to examining the connection between spirituality and medicine in Brazil. These diverse experiences shape my approach to helping individuals heal and grow.
My approach
I incorporate elements of mindfulness, meditation, and Jungian psychology into my therapeutic approach, combining them with practical interventions drawn from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). This integrative style allows me to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs.
My focus
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, body image issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). No matter what you are struggling with, I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and self-discovery.
My communication style
Building a strong therapeutic alliance is central to my work. I aim to create an atmosphere of empathy, understanding, and compassion where you feel supported in processing your experiences without fear of judgment. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I strive to put you at ease from our very first session.
My goals for you
My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to overcome obstacles, gain self-awareness, and lead a more fulfilling life. Through our work together, I hope to help you develop greater resilience, healthier coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
My first session with you
During our initial meeting, we will take time to discuss what brings you to therapy and collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and ensure that we are a good fit. I look forward to embarking on this journey of growth and healing with you.
