I enjoy supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief, trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem. I'm comfortable supporting many diagnoses conditions and focus on creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore, heal, and grow.

My first session with you
In our initial session, we'll focus on assessment, identifying the areas causing the most difficulty for you. From there, we'll collaboratively develop treatment goals to address your current needs. Subsequent sessions will focus on working towards those goals, with weekly meetings to provide ongoing support and guidance.
