Hi there, I'm Bowra!

Do you feel stuck in your personal life or your relationship? Are your thoughts of constant worry, hopelessness, and uncertainty overwhelming your day-to-day journey? Have you decided it's time that you approach these feelings and emotions head-on? Therapy is a brave and powerful first step toward exploring what might contribute to these feelings. I help address these experiences by utilizing a goal-oriented and solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT). I work with clients to help support them in bringing their strength into the room and allowing them to be able to get in touch with their inner selves. I work with you to determine the best course of action and provide tools for individualized exploration and growth. My approach is nonjudgmental and supportive.
