I choose to practice trauma-informed care because intention and corrective experiences are important aspects of healing. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy for youth and adults of all ages in individual, couples, and family sessions.

Recognizing each person and every family has its own unique makeup and needs, I utilize strengths-based approaches to help foster improved relationships and learn new ways of working together towards goals. My treatment goals focus on guiding clients towards identifying helpful new ways of coping and communicating to find sustainable solutions and relieve suffering.

Therapy is a great place to practice prioritizing yourself. Bring your thoughts, feelings, worries, dreams and fears. It’s your time, and by bringing what’s important to you, you can ensure the time is spent focusing on what will provide what you need the most. Clients who are ready to prioritize their well-being and commit to participating in consistent appointments will see the most benefits from therapy.
