I work with Clients who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, LGBTQ+, Parenting, Domestic Violence, and Post-Partum.
My communication style
I create a safe and warm space for my Clients and allow them to speak freely with no judgment.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have always had a strong interest in the human mind and human behaviors. I am passionate about helping Clients create positive change in their lives.
My goals for you
I discuss treatment goals with my clients based on a collaborative approach. I allow the Client to express their need for change and help them create goals that feel attainable.
My first session with you
The first session will be an inviting intake session where I can gather all pertinent information to better help the Client.
