My approach
My therapeutic methods are eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.
My focus
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including couples, parents, and individuals facing relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional distress.
My communication style
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, understanding, and collaboration
My journey to mental healthcare
I was a parent volunteer at the school; when our children were growing up. I was asked to assist in parenting training based on how we raised our children. I was later asked to be an after-school volunteer with children/parents who were struggling. One of my children’s teachers asked if I had ever considered being a counselor based on my success with some of the parents and children. I already had a Bachelor’s degree. I enrolled in the master's program and became an LMFT.
My goals for you
Goals are developed by the Client based on their identified needs.
