My approach
I provide individualized treatment based on trust, and safety, and provide an environment where you can feel comfortable while healing takes place. I am dedicated to providing professional care with high standards of integrity, empathy, and insight. Using a variety of evidenced-based practices to aid in you reaching your potential along with your treatment goals.
My focus
I work with a variety of clients between the ages of 21 and older. The most prevalent symptoms presented are anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I approach each session with a curiosity to get to know you in a calm, nurturing professional way. I believe you have the solution and I am here to guide you along the way.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have always enjoyed talking to different people with various lifestyles. People have always approached me to talk which made becoming a therapist make sense and has been a beautiful career.
