I utilize several evidence-based therapies including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Community Resiliency Model (CRM) for an array of diagnoses. I am passionate about creating safe spaces for people to explore and process their worldviews and life experiences.
