My journey to mental healthcare
Helping others has always been a passion of mine, and becoming a therapist allows me to fulfill that. It's truly rewarding to aid individuals in discovering meaning and purpose in their lives. Being able to bring a sense of peace, joy, or hope to someone who needs it is incredibly fulfilling for me.

My client should expect to talk because I will be asking many questions. Asking questions will help me to understand how you are feeling, what has or has not helped in the past, and how I can support you.
