My focus
I work with adults who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, ADHD, Addiction, Divorce, Infertility, Chronic pain, Identity/LGBTQ, Career counseling, Relationships/Couples, Parenting, Self-Esteem, Weight Gain/Loss, Substance abuse and Trauma.
My communication style
I listen, clarify, and collaborate. I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and supported.
My journey to mental healthcare
Helping others has always been a passion of mine, and becoming a therapist allows me to fulfill that. It's truly rewarding to aid individuals in discovering meaning and purpose in their lives. Being able to bring a sense of peace, joy, or hope to someone who needs it is incredibly fulfilling for me.
My goals for you
Expect an open and collaborative dialogue. I'll ask various questions to understand your emotions, explore what hasn't worked for you in the past, and identify areas where I can offer effective support. This conversation will help us work together to address your concerns.
My first session with you
My client should expect to talk because I will be asking many questions. Asking questions will help me to understand how you are feeling, what has or has not helped in the past, and how I can support you.
