I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to addiction, alcohol use, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, grief, intellectual disability, psychosis, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation. My experience spans across various age groups, from children as young as five to older adults up to 85 years old.

As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in the power of open, honest communication and strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and empathy.
My goals for you
My goal is to empower you with the tools, insights, and coping strategies needed to navigate life's challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve a greater sense of well-being. Together, we will work towards enhancing your self-awareness, developing healthier thought patterns and behaviors, and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will take the time to discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. I will listen attentively to your story, seeking to understand your unique experiences and perspectives. We will collaboratively develop a treatment plan that aligns with your needs and priorities, setting the foundation for a meaningful therapeutic journey.
