I focus on supporting women as they navigate significant life transitions, including life after childbirth, motherhood, career growth, family separation, and more. Many of these challenges can cause someone to feel overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious. My goal is to help my clients find balance and resilience during these transformative periods.
