Hi, I’m Jade Rosado, LCSW, a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through expected and unexpected life transitions. I specialize in helping people navigate and adapt to difficult changes, providing guidance and support to foster growth and resilience.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and goal-oriented, drawing from techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I tailor my methods to fit each individual's unique needs, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and navigate life's challenges with confidence.
My focus
I focus on supporting women as they navigate significant life transitions, including life after childbirth, motherhood, career growth, family separation, and more. Many of these challenges can cause someone to feel overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious. My goal is to help my clients find balance and resilience during these transformative periods.

In therapy, I create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel at ease and understood. My communication style is compassionate yet direct, and I bring a down-to-earth approach with a touch of humor to navigate tough situations. My aim is for clients to feel as comfortable and connected as they would with a close friend.

I’ve always been passionate about working with people, and I’m deeply moved by witnessing individuals overcome challenges and adversity. What drives me is seeing firsthand how resilient and strong people can be, and I cherish the opportunity to support them on their journey.
