She has spent her life committed to working with children and families in community mental health. She has over the past 12 years focused on providing therapy for individuals seeking answers.
My goals for you

My first session with you
During the first session, Trisha will take the time to get to know who you are, more about your symptoms, and what you would like to achieve. You will leave your first session understanding more about yourself, with tools for mindfulness, such as breathing, journaling, and self-care to begin your journey to wellness.
