I am a Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in California who specializes in healing trauma and supporting better management of mental health challenges. With over 5 years of experience, I have worked with clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, mood instability, OCD, problem gambling, and hoarding.
My approach
My therapy style is supportive and collaborative. I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey and personalizing the course of treatment to their specific needs. My approach is client-centered, and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, and mindfulness. I specialize in EMDR and Internal Family Systems.

I work with individuals seeking help for anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, coping skills, depression, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, gambling, grief, hoarding, impulsivity, job stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, panic attacks, peer relationships, self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, trauma and PTSD, and domestic violence.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Social Work degree before completing my clinical hours for licensure. My goal is to help those seeking healing from mental health challenges regain better management of their lives, which motivated me to pursue a career in mental healthcare.
