My approach
I utilize a Solution Focused approach along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as in addition if you like... Music Therapy Healing (you do not have to be a musician). I can help you stop repeating old patterns, and make changes for the better, know what to do about it, and feel like you are in control. I use an integrative approach as I described above as well. Music Therapy Healing is an option and it helps if you are feeling down or anxious/stressed to feel better quickly.
My focus
I can help you if you are feeling down/depressed or anxious/stressed, what to do about it to feel better and have a happy successful life. I also address other issues you may be experiencing and am happy to listen and make you feel heard.
My communication style
I set a positive, optimistic tone with clients. Clients can feel positive, empowered, and able to be authentically who they are.
My journey to mental healthcare
I truly enjoy helping people and want to be able to assist them the best I can. I believe all people have a genuine positive aspect to them. They only need to act on it and believe in the positive part of themselves.
