Hi, my name is Natalie Potyagova and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 12 years.
My approach
I use different theoretical approaches during my sessions because I believe that not everything can be fixed using the same approach. Over the years, I found that Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy had been the most efficient when working with individuals and couples.
My focus
I'm working with clients who go through some Depression, Anxiety, work-related stress, family issues, and relationship problems.
My communication style
I try to create warm and welcoming environment for open discussions and communications, so my Clts feel comfortable talking about their problems and goals.
My journey to mental healthcare
I love to work with people and see them achieving their goals and overcoming obstacles. The most rewarding in my job is to see my Clts to open up to learn about their potentials and becoming a better person after completing the sessions.

I do let my clients to set their own goals and will follow closely to ensure that they achieve them.
My first session with you
My first sessions are usually more informative and introductory. I want to make sure that my Clt thinks that we are a good fit to work on their problems and start to feel comfortable sharing them with me.
