Creating a therapeutic space of comfort and support, I work together with my clients to explore deep personal issues, encourage new ways of thinking, and strengthen problem-solving skills. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach in my therapy.

I work with a wide range of clients who are dealing with various issues including depression, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, acute stress, trauma, anxiety, addictive behaviors, codependency, grief and loss, life transitions, and marital issues, with a focus on strengthening communication skills. I see individuals, ranging in age from 13 years old-adulthood.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Arts degree in psychology with a focus on marriage and family therapy to pursue my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, achieve personal growth, and healing. My education and training have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, evidence-based therapy to my clients.
