My communication style
My therapeutic approach is creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic supportive professional relationship.
My journey to mental healthcare
Licensed as a clinical psychologist since 2002, I have worked in a wide variety of areas including mental health advocacy, psycho-educational therapy, crisis management, substance abuse treatment, forensic consultation for the board of parole, and disability evaluation for the state of California and state licensing boards.
My goals for you
Goal setting involves incorporating what matters to the individual, such as his or her values, goals, and preferences.
My first session with you
