My name is Robyn Coughlin, LCSW. I have been licensed to practice therapy since 2007. To improve mood and confidence and combat life stress, I approach individual therapy collaboratively using nonjudgmental supportive listening, insight-oriented questions, gentle perspective, and a solution-focused and mental strength approach.
