I am a compassionate therapist with a Master of Social Work degree and a genuine desire to help people define and pursue their goals. I strive to bring integrity, honesty, and compassion to both my personal and professional life.
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, neuro-linguistic programming, person-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. I take an eclectic approach, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs.
My focus
I work with individuals and couples struggling with issues such as anxiety, codependency, lack of coping skills, job stress, relationship issues, panic attacks, general stress, and trauma/PTSD. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space for clients to process their experiences and challenges.
My communication style
You can expect me to communicate in an honest, direct, yet compassionate manner. I believe in collaborating with clients and empowering them to take an active role in their own growth and healing.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to the mental health field stemmed from a deep desire to be of service to others. I completed my clinical internship hours from August 2014 to April 2017 at Ventura County Behavioral Health in Oxnard, CA. This experience solidified my passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and live to their fullest potential.

My goal is for you to gain greater self-awareness, learn effective coping tools, find resolutions to current problems, and ultimately lead a more fulfilling, purposeful life. I want to support you in nurturing your mind-body potential and engaging fully in your life journey.
My first session with you
During our first session, I will focus on understanding your unique background, presenting concerns, and goals for therapy. We will begin to develop a strong therapeutic rapport as the foundation for our work together. I will gather relevant history and collaborate with you to formulate a personalized treatment plan aligned with your needs and objectives.
