I specialize in treating individuals and couples, including minors ages 13-17. My areas of expertise include addiction, alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, codependency, coping skills, depression, domestic violence, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, gambling, grief, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), relapse prevention, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, substance use, and suicidal ideation.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Phoenix in Sacramento, CA, where I studied from September 2005 to May 2008. This education provided me with the knowledge and training to become a licensed therapist and help those struggling with mental health issues.
