Welcome! My name is Claudia Goedde, and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who enjoys supporting people through their life transitions, relationship challenges, and post-traumatic growth. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strength-based.
My approach
Therapy is about giving you a safe space to express yourself and begin your healing journey towards hope and self-acceptance. I utilize a holistic/integrative approach, drawing from cognitive- behavioral, humanistic, mind-body, and neuroscience-based therapy approaches.
My focus
I support women of all ages, from teens and young adults to more mature life stages. I treat anxiety disorders and mood disorders, post-traumatic growth, stressful life transitions, pre and perimenopausal challenges, and relationship concerns.

My journey to mental healthcare
I started my own personal healing journey many years ago, which influenced me to become a therapist. I find that this inner work never ends. The more present and compassionate I can be with myself, the more empathic and skilled at deep listening I can be with my clients. This is something I greatly enjoy!

We will work collaboratively to clarify and set your goals. Goals will also be revisited frequently to see if we are on track.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will take a mental health and health history and discuss your main concerns that are bringing you into therapy at this time. We will also explore some coping tools that you can immediately apply to help you take your first steps toward wellness.
