My goals for you
I prefer a team approach to setting goals. We will work together and break goals down into smaller parts in order to make them attainable and adjust where we see fit.
My first session with you
Clients who work with me can expect a warm welcome during the first session where their questions can be addressed and a safe space to discuss pressing matters that led them to therapy. They can anticipate meeting with a provider who genuinely wants to help them improve their circumstances or with maintaining the growth they've already been working toward.
