I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Doctoral candidate. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, and relationship issues, & coping with grief and loss. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Through a trusting relationship, I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I specialize in chemical dependence, chronic pain/pain management, and relapse prevention. I also specialize in underlying mental illnesses such as major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood-related disorders.
