Hi there, I'm Christa!

Christa has a warm, collaborative approach that helps empower her clients to raise awareness, tap into their personal strengths and develop the skills to meet their desired treatment goals. Christa’s goal is to provide a safe therapeutic environment for clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, bipolar, personality disorders, relational conflict, and other life transitional challenges. Christa believes there are many paths to healing and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and techniques in Mindfulness to meet her client’s individual needs. Christa brings 15 years of experience working in a variety of roles including therapist, case manager, clinical supervisor, program manager, researcher, and educator in settings such as homeless street outreach, long-term dual diagnosis inpatient treatment, drug and alcohol treatment, reentry, drug court, and private practice. Christa received her Master's degree from Chestnut Hill College (Philadelphia, PA) in 2011 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of California.
