My approach
My approach is Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). CBT treatment involves identifying and challenging negative or distorted thoughts. SFT treatment involves identifying goals and developing a plan to achieve those goals.

I have worked with various Adults and individuals who suffer from Mild-To-Moderate symptoms.

My communication style is very warm and supportive which allows me to help my clients with their needs.
My journey to mental healthcare
Growing up, I always enjoyed listening to other people and being there for them. I enjoyed helping friends and family with their struggles without judging them. During my undergrad, I took a few psychology courses and I was fascinated with everything that I was learning about mind and behavior, and then I decided to pursue my Master's in psychotherapy.

I approach my goal settings based on my client's needs and their level of functioning.
My first session with you
I will first start by introducing myself, explaining limits of confidentiality obtaining information from their current level of functioning, and assisting them in identifying their treatment goals based on their needs.
