Hello, My name is Wendy Kish, LCSW I am here to help you on your journey to self-discovery and raising your conscious awareness. Do you have difficulty in your relationships expressing your needs and communicating with your romantic partner, peers, or family members? I am here to help you enhance your personal and professional relationships.

The Approaches I utilize are understanding where you are currently in your emotional and mental health management as well as reviewing relationships and spirituality. I am an integrative therapist as I believe we are multidimensional and multifaceted beings.

My focus

My client focus is a diverse array of issues that pertain to everyday relationships, mental health, and emotional and spiritual health. I believe our physical health is also at risk if we don't care for the inner world of our hearts minds and souls.

My communication style

I am calm and curious in interviewing and trying to understand your inner thoughts and feelings. I create an environment built on trust and respect. I may challenge you to think deeper and more introspectively to come up with new solutions.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I have always been energetically attuned to people who experience emotional suffering and support them with a compassionate heart. I have the active listening skills and empathy that are needed to support people along this human experience and journey we call life.

My goals for you

I assess what you would like to accomplish and how to get there. You can see me as your guide on your emotional journey. We can take a short journey or a long one we can go up and we can go down, there are many turns along this life that are perfectly normal and worthwhile.
