My name is Janine Tran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, and stress. My focus will be to help clients have better coping strategies and be able to feel better in life.
My approach
I want to find out what your goals are and work with you on these goals using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and provide any homework so you can practice. I will follow up with you and document any progress and reassess as needed to ensure you meet your goals as indicated.
My focus
I studied at California State University, Long Beach, for my master's degree in Social Work. I want to help people with depression, stress, and anxiety to have a more positive outlook in life.
