My approach
I adapt a variety of methods to what is most useful for you. My approach draws from Adlerian, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), humanistic, mindfulness-based, person-centered, rational emotive behavior (REBT), solution-focused, and trauma-focused modalities. I also incorporate coaching, grief therapy, sex therapy, and Christian counseling perspectives.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with addiction, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, depression, grief, sexual addiction, spirituality, trauma, and PTSD. I also have experience supporting older adults.

I have dedicated my career to mental healthcare, with 18 years in private practice after a decade of experience in various healthcare settings. I hold a Master of Arts degree and am passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care to help each individual client find their path to well-being.
