Hello, I'm Michelle Enriquez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 24 years of experience in mental health. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and received my Master's degree from California State University, Long Beach. My practice focuses on providing therapy to adults, seniors, and caregivers, emphasizing empowerment and positive coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges. Through solution-focused therapy, we collaboratively set concrete goals and explore various solutions for personal growth and improved quality of life.

My focus
Furthermore, I am excited to share that I will be embarking on a PhD journey in Depth Psychology starting September 2024. This opportunity will further deepen my understanding and expertise in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices, enabling me to continue providing comprehensive and insightful therapeutic interventions to my clients.
My communication style
Aside from my work in mental health, I enjoy watching movies, playing tennis, riding my bicycle on the beach, traveling, and most of all, listening to music and playing the ukulele. I’m looking forward to working with you. I can also provide services in Tagalog.
