As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is intuitive, holistic, and collaborative.

I utilize a variety of modalities in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, Experiential interventions, and Somatic practices. My goal is to facilitate meaningful change and personal growth for each individual I work with.
My focus
I focus on working with minors aged 13-17 as well as individual adults. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, sexual abuse, stress management, trauma, and PTSD.

My communication style aims to be intuitive and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable to openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have a background in coaching, teaching, service industry, and creative arts. Becoming a Therapist was a dream, that culminated after a big life pivot. I have found my previous experience very useful in this role, and feel grateful to be here.

This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a sense of my therapeutic style.
