I am happy you decided to start the process of change. Let me tell you about myself, hoping you entrust me with guiding you to meet your goals. I am Oscar Armando, LMFT. My approach to therapy is to ensure patients feel comfortable in sessions. I am very emphatic that I support my patients in exploring the route of their problems to elicit change. I have 17 years of clinical experience in the areas of Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, and Work Stress.
My approach
I practice CBT, ACT, Rogerian, Humanistic, and Family Systems.
My focus
I have worked with Adult male and females age 18-85. I usually treat Anxiety disorders, PTSD, Depression, and Adjustment Disorders.
My communication style
Patients have shared feeling very open and vulnerable in session. I provide a safe therapeutic environment.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have been a passionate individual since my youth. My life experiences, personality, and being able to relate well with others naturally led me to the helping field. I have enjoyed the last 17 years of clinical experience guiding my patients and learning from them as well.
