Hello, I'm a licensed therapist with 18 years of experience working with children, families, and adults from diverse backgrounds. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, single parenting, grief/loss, or trauma, I'm here to help you find your strengths and achieve a positive transformation in your well-being, happiness, outlook, and self-esteem.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic but grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe there is no "one size fits all" type of therapy. My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with my experience as a first-generation Latinx immigrant. I understand firsthand the emotional stress and pressure of navigating two worlds. This motivated me to pursue a career in therapy, where I could help others facing similar challenges. I started as a case manager before becoming a therapist, earning my Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.
