My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with my experience as a first-generation Latinx immigrant. I understand firsthand the emotional stress and pressure of navigating two worlds. This motivated me to pursue a career in therapy, where I could help others facing similar challenges. I started as a case manager before becoming a therapist, earning my Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.
