My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-based practices such as CBITS and CBT, as well as various social work theories. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, aiming to provide the most effective support for their journey toward mental and emotional wellness.
My focus
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their parents, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, behavioral issues, school issues, and peer relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals to process their experiences and develop healthy coping skills.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep passion for helping others. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Long Beach, driven by a desire to make a difference in people's lives. Through my clinical training and experience at organizations like Tessie Cleveland Community Services and LAUSD, I developed the skills and expertise to support individuals facing various mental health challenges.
