Hello, I am a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and general stress. I strive to provide a supportive and tailored approach to meet each individual's unique needs.
My approach
My therapeutic style draws from an eclectic range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, dreamwork, and parts work. I believe in collaborating with clients to find the techniques that resonate best with them on their healing journey.
My focus
I work with both individuals and couples seeking support for concerns related to ADHD, aging, anxiety, divorce, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, grief, job stress, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, parenting, school issues, sexual orientation, spirituality, stress, and gender identity.
My communication style
You can expect me to be an attentive, empathetic listener who provides a safe space for you to openly share. I aim to ask insightful questions, offer compassionate guidance, and sometimes assign creative homework, like cinema or art therapy exercises, to spur growth between sessions.
My journey to mental healthcare
My own path to becoming a mental health professional began with earning a Master of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University in Alameda, CA. I felt called to this meaningful work of accompanying others through life's ups and downs after witnessing the positive impact therapy had on loved ones facing difficult times.

I want to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped to overcome obstacles and create the life you envision.
My first session with you
In our first session, I'll focus on getting to know you, your backstory, and what's bringing you to therapy at this time. We'll discuss your hopes and hesitations, and I'll share more about my approach so you can get a sense of whether I may be a good fit as your therapist. Most importantly, I aim to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship with you from day one.
