Hi there, I'm Ebie! I am committed to helping you realize your goal and giving you tools to better overcome your challenges. When not practicing therapy, I write, garden, spend time outdoors, or in the company of friends and family.
My approach
I am goal-oriented, and together, we will map out a plan tailored to get you the best result possible. I'm passionate about my work and about your success in achieving your goal. I will help you overcome your addiction, build healthy self-esteem, regulate your emotions, and remove blocks impeding your personal growth, career success, or creativity. You will be able to have better and more meaningful relationships with others and face existential challenges with more resilience.
My focus
Stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, relationships, career, grief and life transitions, panic disorder. I only see individuals ages 25 years old and above.
My communication style
I will listen to every word you say with an open mind, curiosity, and compassion. I will assign homework targets to help you work through your challenges. You will feel supported, validated, and empowered.
My journey to mental healthcare
Helping people through difficult times and becoming the best version of themselves has always been my passion. And this has led me to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology.
