Hi, I'm Jessica Reekstin and I am so glad you are here! The courage it takes to reach out and seek help is never lost on me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of clinical experience.
My approach
I am a solution-focused behavioral therapist who is skilled in Solution-focused therapy, Behaviorism, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My focus
I specialize in working with young adult individuals (18-26), adolescents, teens, and families. My focus includes depression, anxiety, personal growth, relationships, navigating life transitions, loss, young adult and youth/teen issues.
My communication style
I believe in the transformative growth that can happen when we take intentional steps to show up for ourselves and work on what is holding us back. I feel as though it is a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their journey toward growth, healing, and more connected relationships.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have worked in the field as a therapist in various settings in my career including an outpatient mental health clinic, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and as a clinician for a crisis assessment team that provides emergency evaluation services to those experiencing acute psychiatric episodes. I absolutely love what I do and I can not wait to meet you!
My goals for you
I am a solution-focused therapist. I always tell my clients that I will be your biggest cheerleader you have ever had! We will set goals together and I will hold you accountable. It is your job to use the tools you learn with me to achieve those goals.

The first session will be about you! I want to know who you are, what led you here, and why now. I will ask you lots of questions and we will work together to build rapport and set up what your journey with me will look like.
