My name is Samantha Rojanasupya (Sam) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am a compassionate therapist who is committed to providing a safe space for clients while navigating through life transitions, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, school or work stress, and family dynamics. My approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, psychodynamics, and a person-centered framework. These techniques are tailored to your specific needs with the aim of developing greater awareness and self-acceptance.
My focus
I have experience working with a range of diverse populations. I specialize in working with older teens and young adults. I welcome those who have experienced trauma, family dysfunction, life transitions, or has a loved one who is struggling with addiction. Together we can process, learn how to break generational cycles, and turn pain into empowerment.
