I am a board -certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and certified energy medicine practitioner. Using Bio-energenetic interventions, I incorporate holistic mind/body healing modalities to restore the energetic balance of my clients thereby facilitating mental heal and wellbeing. I offer positive psychology, supportive therapy as well as psychiatric medication management services.

My focus
I work with adult persons, age 18 and beyond. My clients come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and experiences. The common is link often is life experiences which have created tremendous amounts of stress and usual means of management have not been effective. There is often fear, doubt, challenges and uncertainty of the Self and their potential. My mission is to make your journey to wellness one of Self discovery and empowerment.
My communication style
My communication style is calm, relaxed and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything in a non-judgemental, therapeutic and safe space.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am a board -certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, passionate about caring for individuals and encouraging them to achieve well-being potentials. I practiced as a psychiatric/mental health nurse for several years prior to completing licensure as nurse practitioner in 2003, when I began caring for adults through outpatient services. I am motivated by assisting my clients to engage on their “Hero’s Journey” towards wellness.
My goals for you
My approach to goal setting with clients is all about working together to define individual outcomes to be accomplished in our time together. This often starts by building rapport between us, and getting comfortable with the process of treatment. Over time, we’ll work together to identify goals and track progress.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will explore your concerning issues and gather pertinent history. We will also discuss treatment options and initiate services as determined through a comprehensive assessment. You can expect that your story and concerns will be heard and addressed. Together, we will identify the specify areas of need, establish treatment goals and target appropriate interventions to restore your balance of health and well-being.
