My journey to mental healthcare
I worked in corporate for almost 20 years while trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I figured it out at just the right time. I find that my experience in the workforce has been an invaluable resource.

Goal setting is up to the client, but I offer education on goal setting.

A client should expect to answer and ask questions during the first session. It's not formal and should flow like a normal conversation.
